This appointment was actually made in May 2025, during which time she has excelled in her role undertaking finances, accounts and HR, amongst other responsibilities.

Bethany is also currently undertaking her accountancy course, AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.

At Knowles Electrical Ltd, we’re committed to investing in the future and recognise the importance of educating the next generation.

Organic growth is a core value within our business, and we’ve proudly taken on apprentices yearly since 2013.

We also offer work experience placements to school students who are keen to gain insight into the electrical industry. Last week, we hosted our latest student, who applied as they’re interested in pursuing a career in the electrical industry after finishing school.

Work experience is a valuable opportunity to understand the realities of the workplace, explore the industry, and to help shape future career decisions.

We’re always open to hosting work experience placements for individuals interested in the electrical industry - whether that’s in installation or design, with a view to a future apprenticeship.

After an initial spell in 2017, Craig returned to the business in June 2021 in the role of Pre-Construction Manager, with the focus of developing our in-house design services and pre-construction strategies.
