Meet Andy Elvin 👋
If ISET were a football team, Andy would be our centre midfielder — calm under pressure, always in the right place, and making everyone around him better.
Whether he's helping customers on the trade counter, providing technical advice, supporting installers with product training, or keeping the branch running smoothly, Andy is always on hand to help. His knowledge, experience and approachable nature make him a real favourite with customers and suppliers alike.
Away from work, Andy is a passionate Nottingham Forest supporter and has travelled all over the UK and Europe following his beloved team through the highs and the lows. His passion for the beautiful game doesn't stop there either. Andy spent many years managing a grassroots team at Priory Celtic FC and still volunteers at the club's annual football tournament—one of the biggest grassroots tournaments in the Midlands.
As Dahua UK and Ireland first dedicated reseller trainer for Video Intercom products, Andy's expertise and passion for sharing his knowledge have helped countless installers get the very best from the products they use.
As Andy moves into his 10th year at ISET, he continues to be a huge part of what makes our company what it is today. His commitment to our customers, willingness to go the extra mile, and positive attitude never go unnoticed. His dedication over the past 9 years has helped shape the business, and we're proud to have him as part of the team.
We're incredibly lucky to have Andy with us and can't wait to see what the rest of 2026 has in store.
