Careers Opportunities
We’re looking for people to join our close-knit team. We specialise in supporting young people with complex needs, so if you’re calm under pressure, confident and good at communicating, you could be a great addition to our team. From your first day at Footsteps to Futures, you’ll receive the training and guidance you need within a supervised, structured environment. You’ll receive formal training in areas like safeguarding, you’ll learn directly from your manager and peers and you’ll have the opportunity to study towards nationally-recognised, professional qualifications. You’ll work in a residential environment where you’ll see first-hand how your compassion and ability to deal with challenging circumstances improves the quality of life of our young people, supporting them now and preparing them for the future.
