This is why having at least a service annually is so important. This customer's tub looked lovely and clean when we arrived but it's the things you can't see that can cause an issue. They were starting to have a scale build up and a small leak that we were able to clean up, fix and advise them of treatments to stop it happening. Scale will destroy components like heaters, pumps and jets, and also make the shell uncomfortable. Services start from £199. Prevention is better and cheaper than cure

Today we did a service in Uttoxeter for a customer who acquired the Hot Tub when they recently bought the house. The tub was thoroughly cleaned by the previous owner on leaving and again by our customer on arrival, look at what still came out of the pipework even after two customer cleans, this why a service is so important at least annually. Prevention is better (and cheaper) than cure. Call us on 01332 479448 or 07587469083 to book yours.

When we do a winter shutdown, we do a full service of the hot tub before closing it down. This is important as we can find little problems like here both seals at the heater had started to perish and leak so we were able to replace them saving money on a far more expensive repair. Lucie, one of our favorite customers, seemed happy with our work and having saved her the cost of a replacement heater. However, I don't think Nala the cat was too thrilled to see the hot tub being closed down for the winter....winter shutdowns from £199 call us to book on 07587469083
