Track Sawing utilises a diamond blade on a track mounted machine. The track is attached to vertical walls, steep inclines or floors that will not permit the use of a diamond floor saw, possibly through the lack of access.
The accuracy of this system makes it ideal for forming precise openings to tight tolerances.

DOING OUR BIT IN THE CURRENT HEATWAVE TO SAVE WATER
We formed pockets in sluice gate walls to cut and remove existing bolts, enabling essential gate refurbishment works to move forward safely and efficiently.

With no nearby water supply, and water usage under extra pressure during the current heatwave, our team used Hilti recycling wet vacs to minimise water consumption while keeping the job clean, controlled, and compliant.

Busy on site for a new supermarket store.

Our team has been carrying out precision core drilling for service holes, complete with recesses for collars; delivering a clean, accurate finish ready for the next stage of the build.

To protect the slab, we utilised a suction plate setup, avoiding the need for fixings while maintaining a secure and efficient drilling process.

Our team have been busy doing some floor sawing on this bridge deck, followed by diamond drilling to create access holes for lifting chains. This enabled each section to be safely secured and lifted out as part of the removal process.
