Quite the transformation 🤩

This bathroom has gone from a tired, dated space to a fresh, modern finish. 🔨

For this renovation, we:

✅ Removed the old bathroom and existing wall tiles
✅ Re-piped the bathroom and re-plastered throughout
✅ Built new boxing to neatly conceal the pipework
✅ Fitted new bathroom units with a quality composite worktop
✅ Screeded the floor ready for the new finish
✅ Installed new vinyl flooring
✅ Fitted new skirtings and architraves
✅ Tiled a new backsplash above the worktop
✅ Finished everything off with neat, clean silicone work

A full renovation from start to finish, with attention to the details that make all the difference. 👌

Another fantastic kitchen transformation completed in Radcliffe-on-Trent! 🔨✨

This project was a complete rip-out and renovation from start to finish. As with many older properties, we uncovered a few challenges along the way. The existing ceiling was significantly out of level, so we overboarded it and used bonding plaster to achieve a perfectly level finish. We also filled in an old serving hatch to create a cleaner, more modern layout.

The result is a fresh, stylish kitchen that’s built to last and makes much better use of the space.

It’s always rewarding to take a tired, outdated room and completely transform it into something our customers can enjoy for years to come.

Here is a job we completed in Carlton this May.

We were tasked with removing the old quartz worktops and replacing them with these lovely Natural Oak Laminate worktops from Howdens. The existing worktops were extremely heavy and required us to cut the bar worktop in half just for 2 of us to be able to lift it out.

While discussing options with the customer,
we decided to swap the old gas hob for a new induction hob and new extractor fan.

We reused the sink and tap that the customer already had as they were in great condition and the sink was a lovely Franke composite sink.

Everyone was very happy with the finished project. 🪚📐

A very small kitchen that we completed in Long Eaton. We finished this job within 5 days, from rip out to the last bead of silicone.

We hadn’t originally planned to screed or plaster the walls to the extent that we did. However, after removing the units which had been sodden from an old leak, we had noticed how out of level the floor was and because we had a couple of sockets moved for the customer. It just made sense to have a fresh start and a nice canvas to go off of.

There were 2 of us working on this job so at times it was tricky with the small space. With that in mind, we are very happy with how the project came out.
