A leaking shower pipe that was slow enough to be undetected but enough to mould up the wall behind on the landing at the top of the stairs. A solder ring fitting that was done incorrectly from day dot, as you can see in the pics the solder had not run all the way around the fitting. The sheer volume of silicone hid it for a while until it didn't. Pipework re done. Shower sealed correctly. Contact Dean for quotes on 07501851617

Late night call out (1030pm) to a chap in West Bridgeford who found his kitchen had become a paddling pool following a pipe burst under the sink. New build house and the nut and olive on the fitting had not been adequately tightened and let go. Easy fix but had no one been in that could have been disastrous!
