This week’s progress getting two properties ready for rental:

• Overboarded & skimmed every ceiling
• Completed skimming to the bathroom
• Aqua-panelled the bathroom
• Ply-lined the floor
• Built the bath panel & framework
• Screeded the entire downstairs floor

Slowly but surely bringing these places back to life. One step closer to being rental ready. 🏠🔨
