Boiler move and upgrade from a heat only to a combi, replaced the old electric shower to mains pressured shower mixer so no more feeling like the shower is dripping out.
Customer now has peace of mind knowing that they have 10 years parts and labour manufacturer warranty
CF Joinery woodwork maintenance worked along side me on this one.

Relocated flue on this one due to it being on a neighbours boundary and saved any future problems, case damaged and boil...

Relocated flue on this one due to it being on a neighbours boundary and saved any future problems, case damaged and boiler was spilling co so capped of and replaced the very next day

So me and Craig CF Joinery woodwork maintenance took this project on for a landlord and wanted us to take over the full project. We ended up having to take everything out and put everything in new.
Painting, flooring, boiler and rads, kitchen, bathroom, sockets/switches/lights. one of our contacts did the carpet and vinyl. Now back ready to be rented out with a new life for the new tenants.
