What would you do with the extra space? 👇

27/08/2026

This is why “just move house” isn't always the answer.

This Nottingham home had unused potential at the rear.

Buon Construction turned it into a finished extension with a new living space, large glazed doors and a properly finished connection to the garden.

Start → build → finished.

The difference is bigger than the extra square metres.

Would you extend your current home if you could create this much more space?

What a complete home renovation looks like behind the walls.

Quality renovation work comes down to doing the unseen trades right before applying the final coat of paint.

Here is how this project came together:

Plastering: Stripped back damaged surfaces and skimmed walls to a sharp finish.

Plumbing: Rerouted supply and waste lines, complete with a concealed cistern and modern walk-in shower.

Electrical: Chased cables into masonry for hidden wiring, clean wall sockets, and dedicated media points.

Buon Construction delivers complete residential renovations, extensions, and trade services across Nottingham.
