A little different from our usual plumbing posts, but we wanted to share a project that’s been a huge part of our lives over the last couple of years.
Back in December 2023, Milo and I bought a tired-looking property with the aim of completely transforming it into our dream renovation. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to put our own stamp on it and create something really special.
Working full-time meant every evening, weekend and spare minute was spent on the house, but we genuinely loved every second of it. Seeing it slowly come together made all the hard work worthwhile, and it’s been so rewarding watching our vision become a reality.
We took the house right back to brick and started from scratch. It had a new roof, an extension, steelwork, underfloor heating, a brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, patio, and so much more. Looking back at where it started compared to where it ended is something we’re incredibly proud of.
The project is now complete, the house has recently been sold, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
