We recently carried out this transformation on this period property by demolishing the existing add on out buildings and adding a large rear extension. Using reclaimed materials, it combines traditional and contemporary when adding aluminium bi-folds and sash windows.
We also installed some oak sleepers to retain a raised patio to be laid in the future for good measure.
