FRESH FROM THE FITTERS...

A 4m x 3m garden room for a customer in Stoke-on-Trent!

Not quite finished yet, but we're particularly pleased with the large picture window, framed by black slatted cladding above and below to create a real feature.

The rest of the building is finished in Monterey Taupe, with anthracite grey windows and doors.

The garden slopes too, so getting the base right was an important part of the build, with 1.9 cubic metres of concrete needed.

Nearly ready for our customer to move in!

This customer's garden room has been turned into a fantastic home bar, complete with a fully stocked drinks fridge, bar seating, pool table and dart board.

Whether it's Friday night drinks, watching the football or getting everyone together for a celebration, having your own bar just a few steps from the house is a pretty good way to spend the weekend.

WHAT DO YOU GET WITH A BUDGET OF £20,000?

This 3.5m x 2.7m garden office in Nottingham is a good real-life example.

The £20,000 budget included the concrete base, fully insulated garden room, Pearl Grey Hardie® Plank cladding, double sliding doors, electrics and lighting, internal wall finish, flooring and decoration – all fully installed and ready to use.

At 9.5m², it’s a relatively compact garden room, but there’s plenty of space for a desk, storage and a sofa. The layout could also accommodate two desks if needed.

Garden room prices vary depending on size, specification, glazing and site requirements, but we think it’s important to be clear about what you're getting for your budget.

This bespoke garden room was designed and built as a home gym – and now it’s fully kitted out, it looks pretty impressive!

At 8m x 4.2m, there’s plenty of room for all the equipment, with two sets of bi-fold doors bringing in loads of natural light.

We think this one might give you a little home gym envy. 👀

GARDEN OFFICE...

We love how this 5m x 3m garden office has been set up.

Bright and white with lovely clean lines, there’s plenty of space for a home office, while the bookcase has been cleverly used to separate the desk from the treadmill without closing either area off.

It’s a good example of the flexibility you get from going for a slightly larger garden room.

You don’t need this much space for a home office though. A 3m x 2.5m garden room can provide a really comfortable workspace for one person – it all comes down to what else you’d like your room to accommodate.
