Plot twist: asbestos.

Found during our pre-works survey on this project. In came the specialists in their full hazmat gear (honestly, they looked pretty cool), the site was professionally cleared and signed off.

On we go...

From the warmth of shaker cabinetry to the cool gleam of polished chrome.

Natural light changes everything.

These roof lights are mid-install here, but you can already see what they’re going to do…
pull light right into the centre of the room and open the whole space up.

Without any affect on the footprint or the layout.

It’s one of those upgrades people don’t always think about at the start… but it’s usually the thing that makes the biggest difference once it’s done.
