I’ve posted this to explain what “Time‑Served” actually means — and yes, you can Google it if you want to double‑check.
I keep seeing people online claiming they’re time‑served, even though they’ve never been to college or worked under anyone qualified. A couple of years on the brush doesn’t magically give you the same status as those who were properly trained.

And just to be clear — this isn’t me making stuff up for comments.
It’s simply trade education, saying it as it is, and clearing up something a lot of people genuinely don’t know.
Think of it as decorator public service broadcasting with a wink.

Why do you think there's a lack of skills when it comes to wallpapering, particulally with specialist wallpapers?

I'm aware many Decorators (or painters) turn down walllpapering job more in favour to sand walls down and just paint them.

If you can't wallpaper can you even offer a full decorator service?
