As part of some ongoing Drain repair and maintenance The Works at an industrial park in Nottingham, we carried out an extensive de-scale of some pipework serving one of the units.
Once the scaled was removed, we found an area of partial collapse which required immediate repair due to this part of the Drain running under the building, mean a total collapsed would have been extremely expensive and disruptive to fix.
We used CIPP structural lining to seal and stabilise this area of damage leaving it as good as new!

A biannual surface water cleanse as part of a preplanned maintenance program for a valued customer carried out this week in, at a really park in Corby.

ACO and Slot Drains were emptied and cleansed to the outlet.
Gullies were emptied and also cleansed using high-pressure water jetting.
The main surface water run from site of boundary to the outfall was cleaned and surveyed using high-pressure water jetting and CCTV equipment.

We attended a Dental practice in Syston this week, where they had been suffering issues with a problematic Waste Gully and smells coming from the drains.

We initially use CCTV to inspect the pipework and found that the Gully was detached from the pipework and also too close to the soil pipe underground, meaning when the toilet was flushed smells were coming through the Gully.

We excavated and removed both Gully and soil pipe rest bend, rerouting and reconnecting them to work efficiently, checking the pipework and connections with the with the mini CCTV equipment.

We reinstated the ground and left site clean and tidy with the tarmac surface.
