A big transformation on this one by the team. Complex roof, plenty of detail, and a serious amount of graft — but the finished result speaks for itself.

New slate roof installed throughout, multiple roof elevations, hips, ridges, valleys, Velux windows and detailed leadwork all brought together to give this building a completely fresh finish while keeping its original character.

The lads absolutely smashed this one. 👏

Like a rose between the thorns 🌹

Simple but effective upgrade with Sandtoft Double Roman roof tiles.
The previous roof had stretched courses, so we added an extra course either side to achieve correct headlap coverage.
Finished off with new soffits & fascias, dry verge for low maintenance, new leadwork, and a full chimney refurb.
