Another re-roof completed.
This job includes a full chimney removal due to it no longer being used.
We re-used the old clay tiles replacing any blown or cracked.
High quality fully breathable membrane was used as we use on all our re-roofs as standard. Here we installed Epdm onto new 18mm osb3 boards on a double garage flat roof.
As you can see the original flat roof had mineral felt originally on it and once it had failed there was timber installed and then sheets put over the top. There was a ton of leaves and stuff growing on the roof, which was leaking really bad. We installed new upvc facia and a gutter to as the old was wooden and was rotten.
The difference was night and day looks great now and water tight.
Customer was over the moon with the results.

Another re-roof completed early this year. We re-used existing tiles where we could, and made up with new for the rear due to not being able to get hold of any reclaim of that tile at the time. The customer can now rest at ease knowing the roof has years ahead of it now.

This had old reed and mortar under the tiles.
We used new neo pantile on the sections that had old pantiles on. And where there was newer clay tiles on the extension we re-used them as they were in good condition.

Just completed a re-roof to one side of this roof and used new concrete double pantile due to water ingress and going to do the other side later in the year.
We used a dry ridge system so they are easy to remove without damaging the new ridge, so they can be laid onto mortar when we are back to do the front.

Really old clay pantiles removed and new membrane and battens installed.
New neo pantiles were used to keep the look of the old roof and they looked really good once laid.
