After a month of site preparations, utility infrastructure and access works, we finally get to start the good stuff !!

Reduce dig to plot 5 started today. We have extremely dry ground conditions meaning we can't dig out our trenches safely without risk of collapse so we are reducing to a depth where the foundation depths can be dug safely..

Starting the week with a Worcester external oil boiler installation 🔥

Replacing an old internal boiler and freeing up valuable space inside the property. The heating system was fully flushed to ensure optimum performance and efficiency before commissioning the new boiler.

✅ Boiler upgrade completed! 🔧

Installed a brand new Ideal Logic system boiler with a 10-year warranty, replacing an old and tired Vokèra boiler.

This one was located in a particularly awkward position, making the installation more challenging, but we got it sorted. We also fitted a vertical flue, installed a system filter, and carried out a full system flush to ensure everything is running efficiently. Warm one today changing this boiler 🔥
Out with the old Ideal, in with the new after many years of service 👌

Installed a system filter, scale reducer & shock arrestor to help protect the boiler internals and keep everything running smoothly for years to come.

Also fitted a new programmable room stat for better control and efficiency, along with a full system flush to get everything cleaned out and running properly 💧

We also moved the boiler deeper into the cupboard at the customers request giving much better access. Thanks for the help

Emergency boiler change completed last week 🔧

The old boiler had finally given up after multiple repairs, so we installed a brand new Grant combi boiler along with:
✔️ New magnetic system filter
✔️ Fire valve
✔️ Limescale fighter

All fitted to help protect the system and prolong the life of the new boiler for years to come 🔥cheers for the help and on the electrics.
