I didnā€™t expect to be so busy so early on in the year with the orders for people getting ready for the colder period.
This load is going out tomorrow morning to a customer with the requirements of much smaller pieces for ease and for an engagement party, Iā€™m really pleased to of been able to provide such a service for the occasion.

Itā€™s still warm but people are ordering ahead just incase people run out from their trusted providers.

Donā€™t be taken for a ride with non moisture tested wood this winter.
It pays to be with a provider you can trust.

Like many of us ā€¦ā€¦ we struggle to keep on top of the garden especially keeping grass and flowers looking well.
This lady had so many trees overhanging the back garden making it hard to retain nice grass and with some lovely pets that make it harder to keep the garden pristine it was time to make life easier and tidier without so much effort!

A quick turn around of digging out and getting shot of the waste to putting in a nice simple natural stone to keep it looking fresh and still pleasing to the eye.

Jewson supplying the w**d membrane and stone for this one.

Nice little block edges added for a customer in spring.
I have no issue with fitting supplied materials like this if itā€™s what the customer wants.
Thereā€™s so many options out there now and itā€™s impossible for any trade to know it all so if you see something Iā€™m happy to hear ā€œwhat ifā€

This customer asked for a redo and up cycle of what was already there with a sprinkle of lower maintenance opportunities.
So the concrete slabs were lifted to find good old fashioned laying practices of just sand šŸ˜‚

Not everything needs to cost a fortune for a big change

Jewson supplying the materials and this delivery was requiring more finesse and was executed perfectly šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

A nice little job in gt Ellingham where the custom has a little dog that like to hide behind the bins and disappear !
Bins are also never a nice thing to look at letā€™s be serious so I was asked to create a g*t and an infill fence to completely stop this Houdini of a pooch šŸ˜‚ļæ¼

Simple but affective.

This one was a decent size patio project that got bigger and bigger and well itā€™s still not done, but the end result to all the hard work thatā€™s gone into from myself and the owners that are extremely capable themselves and have the vision for it all is going to be amazing !
The standard prep work itself was some serious graft with the typical Norfolk flint in full force.
Lots of sub base and then the gorgeous black limestone slabs.

Iā€™ll post more up when itā€™s done but what a look this place is going to have.

Once again thank you to Jewson for the sourcing of the slabs and for the materials needed to facilitate a smooth rolling project.

No before pictures of this one but fairly self explanatory!
A stoned area that required a hard standing spot for a swinging chair or table and chairs.
Quick little turn around and another happy customer.
Also coming back to this one for some drive way work next week.

Jewson supplying the materials once again

There was lots of little bits to this one and still some too go!
The patio had become full of trip hazards and not really wide enough for the less steadied feet.
A garage had been taken down which left a big gap in the fencing of which went from a full height down to a really random lower height but this wasnā€™t a problem as the posts were all random either side so a bespoke layout was made with all the strength and structure required.
The oil tank used to be hidden but became exposed so a simple batten screen system was added and then a return fence across the old pad area and bespoke g*te with no means of peering through any gaps.

The slabs were a sandstone raj mixed set and worked lovely with everything that was already there and complimented it perfectly.

Sleepers were installed to retain the higher level grass as the garden had three different heights to start with.

Extra drain away elements were also added due to the massive tree over hanging the rear garden of which was known to cause the flooding and boggy issue down the side and back of the bungalow.

The custom planter out the front was a lovely addition also that was requested towards the end to pretty up the front on the path heading upto the front door.

A lovely family to work for and I will be retuning very soon for the next stint.

The customer on this one was looking for something different and wanted to use the space within its odd shaped perimeter.
This one isnā€™t stopping here and is looking to end up with a customer water feature around the outside of the newly installed path.
The shape was proposed and then fine tuned as simple as it is to the customers wants and needs.

A simple job with a decent change. Canā€™t wait for the next bit here.
