♻️ 2,000+ TONNES IN… GRADED 6F5 OUT! 🦏💪

A few clips from one of our bigger crushing jobs, processing over 2,000 tonnes of demolition rubble and turning it into graded 6F5 recycled aggregate, ready to go straight back to work.

Rather than thousands of tonnes being loaded into wagons and carted off site, we're crushing and recycling it where it sits — saving on haulage, disposal costs and the need to bring virgin aggregate back in.

🌏 900km. Multiple tuk tuks. One incredible cause. ❤️

This October, some of the team will be swapping excavators for tuk tuks as we take on the challenge of driving 900km across Cambodia to raise money for charity.

Over the course of the journey we'll be navigating some of Cambodia's toughest roads, visiting remote communities and pushing ourselves well outside our comfort zone – all to raise as much money as possible for an amazing cause.

🌤️ LET THERE BE LIGHT! 🙌

A big milestone on our ongoing Rollesby project today as we installed our largest rooflight to date.

📏 1.5m x 3m 🪟 Triple glazed ⚖️ A huge 300kg!

This certainly wasn't a one-man lift! Precision, planning and plenty of teamwork were needed to safely manoeuvre and install this monster into position.

The end result will completely transform the space below, flooding the new open-plan extension with natural light and creating an incredible feature for the finished home.
A massive well done to the team for getting this tricky installation completed safely and spot on first time. 💪

Looking forward to seeing this one once the roof is finished and the protective film comes off!

🚜 800+ TONNES OF ASPHALT... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! 💪🦏

Another cracking project completed for Billockby Farms, where our Red Rhino 7000 and Cat 308 made light work of what looked like an impossible job.

Over 10 years of tipping excess hot asphalt had created one giant solid mass, meaning it wasn't just a case of loading it into the crusher. Every piece first had to be broken up with the Cat 308, before being stacked, loaded and fed into the Red Rhino 7000.

The result? ✅ 800+ tonnes processed ✅ Recycled into high-quality reusable aggregate ✅ Waste turned into a valuable product ✅ Hundreds of tonnes diverted from landfill.

This is exactly where our crushing setup comes into its own. From breaking oversized material to producing a consistent finished product, we can handle even the toughest recycling projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

Another milestone ticked off at our Roughton project. 👌

The new block and beam floor is now being installed, creating a solid foundation ready for the next stage of the build.

Every beam has been set to the engineer's drawings before the infill blocks are installed, giving the extension a strong, level and long-lasting floor system. It's one of those jobs that doesn't always get the attention it deserves, but it's what everything else is built on.

Bit by bit, it's all coming together... and it's starting to look like an extension instead of a building site! 🏗️

Next stop... insulation, reinforcement and concrete. 💪

Went to Hillhead 2026 to look at crushers and screeners... ended up entering the Kubota Challenge instead. 🤦‍♂️

The lads were expecting the boss to knock a few cones over, stall it and blame the machine...

Instead he only went and put in the 3rd fastest time of the day with full points! 🏆😳

Turns out spending years bouncing around muddy sites, digging footings and loading wagons is decent practice after all.

There were a few "professional operators" looking a bit upset when a groundworker from Norfolk started climbing the leaderboard... 👀😂

Safe to say we're never hearing the end of this one.

The trophy cabinet is still empty... but the bragging rights cabinet is now completely full. 🍻
