Call out this week to local care home water coming through the ceiling.

Unfortunately it had been going on for a little while and hadn’t been isolated.

Leak was found to be a pin hole in the copper pipe in the thickness of the floor board. Which in turn had caused corrosion on the plastic push fit below. It had then in turn caused these to weep.

Luckily it was all caught in time before too much damage occurred. Plasterboard had to be removed from the affected walls.

We will return once it’s all dried out to reinstate and repair
