Meet the JDMA team 🔶🔷
This month we are introducing Joe the man behind JDMA our owner and founder.
Joe started JDMA over 14 years ago as a sole trader, building the business from the ground up through hard work, dedication and a genuine passion for the job.
As the years went by the business continued to grow.
Joe slowly built a fantastic team around him taking JDMA from a one man operation to the established company it is today. In March 2015, JDMA officially become a Ltd company, marking another exciting chapter in the journey.
But despite how much the company has grown, one thing hasn’t changed - Joe is still very much hands on.
You’ll often find him out on site, overseeing the teams, checking on projects and making sure everything is being completed to the high standards JDMA is known for. Joe also personally carries out quotes and remains closely involved with customers from the initial enquiry through to completion.
For Joe JDMA isn’t just a business it’s something he has built from the ground up and is incredibly proud of.
From starting out on his own all those years ago to now having a skilled team working alongside him, it’s been quite a journey and Joe is very proud of how far JDMA has come whilst always looking ahead to what’s next.
