Meet the JDMA team 🔶🔷

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Sophie Weatherley, our Office Manager, who joined JDMA in May 2022 to take the reins of the administrative side of the business! 👩‍💻

Sophie plays a huge part in the day-to-day running of JDMA, overseeing everything from wages, accounts, invoicing and quotes to HR, staff administration and keeping the office organised and running efficiently. She helps coordinate the many moving parts of the business, supports the team behind the scenes and keeps communication flowing between the office, our teams on site, customers, suppliers, and other businesses.

But Sophie’s role doesn’t stop at the office door! Whether she’s arranging deliveries, dropping essential bits out to site, helping solve problems, dealing with customer enquiries, or making sure the teams have what they need, she’s always on hand to help wherever she can. 🚛

From the paperwork and planning to the unexpected jobs that pop up along the way, Sophie wears many hats and is involved in far more than meets the eye. Keeping a business like JDMA running smoothly takes a lot of organisation, communication and multitasking, and Sophie is right in the middle of it all!
