This terraced house in NR2 was in desperate need of re-roofing. As well as replacing the old clay pan tiles to new, due to the fact that there were about 6 different varieties of tile on the roof, as well previous roffers had drilled nail holes into the tiles (which were never designed to be nailed)

All sorted now, the new Sandtoft Neo Plus clay pan tiles are on, and doing a much better job of keeping the water out. As well as new leadwork also helping to keep things in the dry.
