A warm welcome to Chris Beale, who joins our Valuation & Survey team today. 👋🏡

Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with more than 25 years of experience across residential and commercial property.

Based near Ashbourne in Derbyshire, he’ll be supporting clients and lender partners across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

His recent work has focused particularly on specialist secured lending valuations, including HMOs, multi-unit blocks, mixed-use property, investment assets and development projects.

Chris has worked with a wide range of lenders and has built up extensive experience across the valuation process, alongside earlier roles in residential surveying and estate agency.

Meet David, the newest member of our Valuation & Survey team. 👋🏡

David joins Watsons in the West Midlands as a Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.

Before moving into surveying, he spent several years working as a carpenter, giving him a hands-on understanding of how homes are built and where problems can develop. He now combines that practical experience with residential surveying and valuation work across Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and Red Book valuations.

David is also AssocRICS and a Chartered Member of CABE.
