Our new kitchen extension project is underway in Hevingham 📌!

The works include:

Installation of 4 RSJs to allow for the removal of load-bearing walls.

Construction of a new cavity wall within the existing garage to extend the kitchen floor space.

Removal of the existing floor to accommodate a brand-new underfloor heating (UFH) system, followed by re-screeding.

Installation of all-new electrical points and spotlights.

All-new drainage throughout.

Finishing everything off with a smooth, professional plastered finish, ready for the next stage!

First week back after a lovely holiday for Gavin 🌞!

We’re back on our large extension project in Heathersett to finish off the final few bits now the scaffolding is down, and it’s great to see everything really coming together.

For this project, we provided a shell-only package, which included:

All demolition & groundworks
Brick & blockwork
Structural RSJ installation
Drainage, including a waste pumping station & soakaway
Hand-cut roof

A recent transformation in Poringland for a lovely family.

We were contacted via a recommendation on a local page to renovate this clients kitchen. We were able to achieve all of their goals with our small team, these included

Kitchen knock through and window alterations
New patio door to outside
Extended pergola to centre the new door
New breakfast bar
New worktops and tiled splash back
New doors and end panels
New radiator
And a new kitchen tap

Working with our client we made some last minute changes, also bringing previous builders work up to regs with the installation of a box lintel over the large window. The result speaks for itself and a 5 star review to match.

Our garden wall project is complete for our customer in Blofield 📌

The existing wall had become unsafe and structurally unsound, so we carefully took it down and disposed of it before constructing a completely new wall.

The replacement was built with 2 additional piers for increased strength and stability, while maintaining the original design!

Couple of days into our newest project in Poringland 📌! This project sees us;

• Installing an RSJ & removing 2 internal walls
• Altering 4 openings for new windows & doors
• Stud wall for a new bathroom
• Plastering existing ceilings & remedial work around new openings

Our other kitchen / diner project in Poringland is nearing an end, end results will be shared soon 🙌!

Incredibly busy couple of weeks... first up we have our project in Poringland well underway where we are creating a new kitchen diner!

• Structural steel installed with new piers to support
• Openings altered to create new window and patio doors + installed
• Pergola extended to accommodate new door opening

Alex will be cracking on this week installing new worktops, breakfast bar and cabinet fronts, tiling & plasterboarding! We also have our electrician on site completing first fix electrics ⚡️!
