We never did get around to posting this one… for reasons that became rather more complicated than the average bathroom tiling job.

So, better late than never — here it is.

Tiling completed by us in October 2025. Following completion, payment for our work was withheld in full and allegations were publicly made regarding the standard of our work.

The dispute ultimately ended up in the County Court.

An independent Single Joint Expert inspected the completed tiling during the proceedings and described the finish as “visibly of a high standard”, identifying no lippage, cracked/damaged tiles or ladder cracking at the time of his inspection in June 2026.

And in July 2026?

Our claim succeeded with incurred costs awarded.
The counterclaim against us was dismissed in full.

So after spending the best part of a year keeping the photos tucked away while the matter went through the legal process, we thought it was probably about time we actually showed everyone the bathroom.

We could say plenty more about the experience, but we’ll let the result speak for itself.

Here it is. 📸

🚨 A QUICK MESSAGE TO ALL THE GRAPHIC DESIGNERS & WEBSITE COMPANIES 🚨
Thanks for all the messages offering to design me a new logo, graphics, build me a website, improve my website, manage my social media and generally make my business look even more professional than it already does! 😂
I really do appreciate you reaching out, but I can promise you that I am not interested.
My business is established, I'm happy with my branding and online presence, and most importantly, I'm far too busy actually tiling to be worrying about changing it all! 🤣
So please save yourself the time and effort of sending me a sales message, because the answer will be NO THANKS. 😂
Thanks anyway, and good luck with your businesses 👍🏻

We love what we do, but sometimes it can feel like the extra effort goes unnoticed.
To achieve that high-end finish, there's often a lot more involved than simply fixing tiles to a wall or floor. Nine times out of ten, preparation work is needed before the first tile is even laid. It's those unseen details that make all the difference to the finished result.
That's why it means so much when a customer takes the time to send a message thanking us for our hard work, attention to detail and professionalism.
Moments like that make all the effort worthwhile. 😍
