You know the saying, ‘the sky is the limit’? Well I don’t believe that. The sky is simply part of the journey to limitless possibilities ✨

Every day I look up at the sky & at night, I look up again. Always reminding myself of just how epic this world is. The colours, the clouds, the moon, the stars… the sheer vastness of it all 🤩

And somehow, we get to be here. Living this tiny, extraordinary moment on this incredible planet.

Lucky us🙏🏻🌎✨

So wherever you are today, put your phone down for a moment. Stop. Look up. Notice the sky. Feel the air. Watch the clouds drift by. Let yourself be reminded that there is a whole universe happening above your head while you’re busy getting on with life.

Maybe the sky isn’t the limit.

Maybe it’s the reminder that there are no limits at all✨

Go hug a tree!🌳🌙

Walk beneath the canopy and let your hands run over the bark. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and feel the earth beneath your feet.

There’s science behind it noticing how time spent in the trees can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and lower cortisol, plus forests are filled with natural compounds released by trees that are thought to contribute to some of the benefits of forest bathing.

But I truly believe there’s also the magic of being immersed in the wisdom of trees✨

Trees have stood through countless seasons. They’ve felt storms, sunshine, frost, drought and rain. They lose their leaves without fear, some stand bare through winter and return to life again. Being around them can feel so grounding and that feeling doesn’t need to be proven… you know how you feel!

So when you hug a tree, don’t worry about looking silly.
Put your arms around it.
Take a breath.
Listen.

Imagine roots travelling down into the dark earth and your own energy becoming a little quieter, a little steadier.

Let the tree take whatever you no longer need and let the earth hold it. Leave carrying only what is yours to carry.

A little forest magic.
A little science.
A little witchcraft.
