Following on from previous posts we have now completed our final change for them.

With the cooler months coming (unfortunately) we have helped provide some extra space by building a new porch for our customers .

Following on from upgrading the driveway for our customer we have no made a start on a new porch, this space may be quite small but will make a huge difference to them, watch this space for the final photos!

Our customers asked us to help update their drive way, we dug out the area, put edgings in, built the area up with a sub base, after levelling this off with the whacker plate we layed the shingle.

The area is now more level and gives the front of the house a more welcoming appearance.

We are still working on something else here so watch this space for the next development!

Sometimes the patio itself isn't the issue and doesn't need replacing it just needs tidying up.

We helped this customer do this by grinding out the old joints, repointing and then pressure washing it to bring it back to life.

Last week we returned to the Royal British Legion for phase two of the work.

We removed all the remaining shrubbery, lowered the walls and topped with copings so the residents can plant and enjoy these areas with easier access, we also added a pathway to one of the raised beds so residents can now access the whole bed.

We then finished off with jet washing and re- sanding the paving joints and added bark to the beds as well as top soil and shingles to raised beds.

The area is now fully accessible for the residents and a lovely place for them to spend some time out doors.

It was an absolute pleasure working with this great team and hope they are as happy as we are with the final result.

Our customer had a large concrete slab as a patio and wanted a change, on arrival we noticed a big height difference between the height the patio needed to be and the garden.

We broke up the concreted area and to keep the costs down we used this and a bit of extra type 1 aggregate as a base, we then went on to lay these stunning porcelain slabs and added a step along the length of the patio to counteract the height difference.

This has resulted into a stunning new out door space for them to enjoy, I'm sure you will agree that the difference it has made is huge.

This week we have been giving a shed a new lease of life, sometimes you don't need to replace the whole thing you just need to refurbish a part of it.

We arrived to a large shed with some rotten timber and roof, rather than replacing the whole thing we removed the roof, re boarded and re felt it and then cut out and replaced any rotting wood on the frame and cladding. All ready for our customer to re paint it.

Following on from the video here are some photos of the completed work at the Royal British Legion in Cromer.

We were invited to the Royal British Legion in Cromer to help improve their out door living space for their residents.

We removed all the plants, jetwashed and repointed the patio, put down membrane shingle and plants to the bed areas to make it easier to maintain and finished things off with building some raised beds finished off with coloured render.

I'm sure you will all agree this has completely changed the aesthetics and has provided the residents with a lovely out door space.
