🔨 Another job completed for a lovely customer in Thorpe!🔨

A few improvements made to get everything looking better and working properly:

🚪 Replaced the old gate with a new one, fitted with heavy-duty hinges for a stronger, longer-lasting finish.

🧱 Ripped out the old step, installed a new concrete foundation, and laid solid engineering bricks to create a much more robust and durable step.

🏠 Adjusted the shed door to help it open and close properly, then added a weather strip to divert rainwater away from the shed.

🎨 All ready to be painted to match the existing door.

♻️ And, as always, all waste taken away and the area left clean and tidy.

Another job done properly, with quality materials and attention to detail. 👌

Old, rotten sleeper steps out 👋

Stripped out the old timber steps and gave this area a complete refresh, replacing them with fresh paving slabs and brickwork, finished off with new treated sleepers down both sides.

A much cleaner, stronger and longer-lasting finish. 💪🧱

Spent the last few days transforming this garden and home with a range of improvements:

🐶 Installed a picket fence to create a safe and secure space for the dog.
🌳 Removed a tree to open up the garden, making room for new plants and a fresh new look.
🥕 Installed sturdy wooden posts ready for the customer to add protective netting or a cover over their vegetable patch.
🪟 Repaired a cracked window sill for a much cleaner, tidier finish.
🏡 Fitted new skirting boards and architrave to complete a freshly decorated room.

Another garden transformation underway working with OddJobMark! 🌿💪
This one has been all about getting the groundwork right before creating a beautiful, practical outdoor space.
✔️ Removed the old turf
✔️ Excavated 150mm of soil
✔️ Rotavated the entire area
✔️ Installed sleepers to create a dedicated flower bed and a separate kids' play area
✔️ The play area will be finished with bark, creating a seamless, flush finish with the patio once completed
✔️ Left a 130mm gap from the top of the sleepers to the new lawn ready for the next phase of the project
✔️ Brought in fresh topsoil
✔️ Carefully levelled and screeded the ground to ensure a perfectly flat lawn
✔️ Finished off with fresh new turf 🌱
We're now heading off to another project for the next few weeks, but we'll be back to complete the next phase by installing slabs to the front face of the patio, tying everything together perfectly.
Sometimes the best transformations happen in stages, and we can't wait to show you the finished result! 👌

Kitchen Transformation Complete! 🔨🏡
Another fantastic project completed alongside ODD JOB MARK!
This kitchen had a complete makeover from start to finish. Here's how we transformed it:
✅ Ripped out the old kitchen
✅ Altered the window opening to increase the height, allowing the worktop to run into the window reveal with no window cill for a clean, modern finish
✅ Installed a brand-new window
✅ Full rewire throughout the kitchen
✅ Freshly plastered by Rodwell 👏
✅ Fitted a brand-new Howdens - North Walsham kitchen
✅ Tiled the entire floor
✅ Painted and decorated the whole room
A brilliant transformation and a great team effort from everyone involved. Really pleased with how this one turned out!
