🔨 Another transformation completed! 🏡✨

A full kitchen and utility room makeover, with plenty of work involved from start to finish!

✅ Stripped out the existing kitchen doors, end panels and worktops, replacing them with new Howdens doors, worktops and end panels.

✅ Installed new kitchen wall tiles and a glass splashback behind the hob.

✅ Created a new doorway, installing lintels, a new door lining and door.

✅ Built a new studwork partition wall to divide the room into two separate spaces , a dedicated office and a brand, new utility room.

✅ Insulated and plasterboarded the studwork, cut out and installed a new window to bring natural light into the utility, complete with soldier course brickwork above and a new window board.

✅ Installed new utility room floor tiles, new skirting boards and architraves, and repaired the existing hallway skirting.

🚿 Another Bathroom Transformation Completed! 🛁

A great project completed working alongside Odd Job Mark! 💪

We ripped out the old bathroom and flooring and transformed the space with a complete new installation.

✅ Removed the old bathroom and flooring
✅ Installed new tiles throughout
✅ Fitted a brand-new shower
✅ Installed two new sinks
✅ Installed a new bath
✅ Replaced all hot and cold water pipes
✅ Installed new waste pipes

A full bathroom renovation from start to finish, giving the space a fresh, modern look! 👌

🏡 PHASE 1 COMPLETE🔨

What a transformation! Phase 1 of this major renovation is officially wrapped up, and we’ve covered a LOT of ground. 💪

🔨 Structural works
• Knocked down 3 structural walls
• Lifted flooring so our acrows could brace directly onto the concrete slab
• Installed 3 steel beams
• Bolted timber into the steel webs and connected joists using joist hangers
• Added structural straps, bolted into the steel with M6 bolts
• Installed 4 padstone
• Dry-packed all steels
• Set the steels within the joist line for a seamless finish

🚪 Doors & stairs
• Hung 7 oak doors
• Replaced the stair spindles and handrails
• Created a new opening for a uPVC door & window
• Bricked up the old doorway and installed a new window

🧱 Building & insulation
• Stud-worked an external wall
• Installed a vapour barrier and insulation to create a thermal barrier
• Studded a double-door opening to maximise storage
• Repaired and replaced damaged brickwork around the property

There’s still plenty to come… 👀

🔧 Next up: we’ll be back to re-board all the ceilings and replace the chipboard flooring.

Then in November, Phase 2 begins…🚀

Complete Garden Transformation 🌿
What a transformation! 🔨✨ We’ve completely revamped this garden, creating a fresh, practical and modern outdoor space ready to be enjoyed.
The project included:
• New porcelain patios with the correct fall away from the house for improved drainage
• New steps built to connect the different levels
• ACO drainage channels installed
• Decorative stone installed around the patio
• New play area with rubber bark for a safe, low-maintenance finish
• New sleepers installed to create raised flower beds
• New turf laid to completely refresh the lawn
• New clean-looking black manhole/drain covers
• Old clay drainage pipe removed and replaced with new Osma drainage pipework
• Gallows brackets installed to maximise space and improve the overall finish
From drainage and groundworks through to the final landscaping touches, this one was a complete transformation from start to finish. 💪
Another garden brought back to life and built to last! 🌱🏡

🔨 Another job completed for a lovely customer in Thorpe!🔨

A few improvements made to get everything looking better and working properly:

🚪 Replaced the old gate with a new one, fitted with heavy-duty hinges for a stronger, longer-lasting finish.

🧱 Ripped out the old step, installed a new concrete foundation, and laid solid engineering bricks to create a much more robust and durable step.

🏠 Adjusted the shed door to help it open and close properly, then added a weather strip to divert rainwater away from the shed.

🎨 All ready to be painted to match the existing door.

♻️ And, as always, all waste taken away and the area left clean and tidy.

Another job done properly, with quality materials and attention to detail. 👌

Old, rotten sleeper steps out 👋

Stripped out the old timber steps and gave this area a complete refresh, replacing them with fresh paving slabs and brickwork, finished off with new treated sleepers down both sides.

A much cleaner, stronger and longer-lasting finish. 💪🧱
