Phase 1 of this full property refurb is officially complete, and the transformation is massive. Every single wall and ceiling in this house was trapped in an old-school time capsule. We stripped it back and completely modernized the entire space.
The Highlights:
✔️ Flawless Finish: Every inch of that deep Artex was safely dealt with, stabilized, and primed before we skimmed. We then plastered every single room, upstairs and down, until the walls were perfectly flat and smooth.
✔️ Porch Upgrade: Instead of leaving the entrance as a cold, double-skin brick porch, we battened, insulated, and boarded it out. It’s now a warm, modern feature that drastically boosts the home’s curb appeal and property value.
✔️ Bespoke Storage: Hand-cut and fitted two different custom wardrobes to perfectly fit the bedrooms, including re-working an existing stud-work build.
✔️ Full Rewire: Out with the old, in with the new. Fitted sleek downlights and sockets throughout to completely change the lighting.
✔️ Decorating: Finished with high-quality trade paints for a premium look that lasts.
Carpets are next, and then we’re back later this year for the next phase.
