🔥 The Problem...

This customer got in touch as he was unhappy with the hot water flow to the taps, especially when more than one tap was being used at the same time.

The existing Glow-worm combination boiler had only been installed a couple of years ago, by another company, but they had fitted the boiler without telling him it would restrict hot water output to all the taps when they were run together!

So rather than replacing a perfectly good boiler, we looked at a better solution. 👌

💧The Result...

We range-rated the existing combi boiler to be used as a system boiler, then installed a new unvented hot water cylinder to provide the increased hot water flow the customer needed. Hot water flow problem fixed!

We also carried out a full system powerflush to clean and improve the heating system.

Most importantly, another happy customer — and another 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
