After 20+ yrs it was time for this shower room to be replaced. Shower waste pipework was installed in the floor, meaning the new shower tray could be installed on the floor, rather than raised like the original shower tray. Addition of a vanity unit with the new basin, providing extra storage. Heating pipes to the towel rail coming out the wall rather than the floor, given a neater look and finish.

New mains pressured hot water heater and pump to boost the mains cold water supply. Customer to do the decorating and electrics to finish off.
