Attleborough Progress!

The HBS team have been back at Attleborough this week continuing work on the stair tower conscruction. With block work now completed up to roof height, this construction shell is almost complete. To be within keeping of the local area, our client wanted to have white wooden windows.

Another strong week for the HBS team, and still more work to continue on this project!

Eaton Progress!

The HBS team have been pushing along nicely with the current project at Eaton. With Deano leading the team, the matching outerskin brick work has been completed up to the window!

More updates still to follow as our team continue to get underway.

Eaton Underway!

The HBS team have been back at Eaton this week continuing work on the side extension. With the oversite laid and poured over the membrane, and once set we got to work on the bricking. Deano and Andrew got underway laying the internal blocks, external bricks to match existing and internal insulation.

Another great week of progress for our team, and a lot more work to go on this project!

Eaton Project Update!

The HBS team have been back at Eaton this week at our latest project, completing the important job of pouring the footings. Due to access limitations we had Joe on the dumper moving the concrete from the front, and then pouring this round the back and into the footing area. The block work has now started and another project well underway.

New Job Alert 🚨

The HBS team have now started a new project in Eaton, where our clients are needing a large home extension for their family! With all projects like this, the start is always with securing the site and working on the foundations. As we have the right equipment for the project, our team got straight to work using the digger and the dumper, digging the new foundation for this part of the build!

Flat roof installation - Great Moulton!

This week the HBS team have been at Great Moulton completing the flat roof installtion and sky light on our current project! Our team converted the existing flat roof into a warm flat roof. This was done by altering all of the falls to match the new room and creates a seemelss transition into the new warm roof. Our client was very happy with the result.

We are now approaching the final phase of this project, with several internal works to go!

What a lovely gesture and kind treat from from our client in Attleborough! They have provided the team with tradtional Baklava as they are very impressed with the work underway.

The tray of goods didn't last long and was very appreciated!

Attleborough Update!

The HBS team are back at Attleborough this week continuing work on the footings and oversite of the stair tower and rear shop extension. Due to access restrictions our team had to get creative and loaded up the dumper with the concrete so we could manoeuvre this in and pour. With the oversite completed our bricking team can start the commencement of the block work!

Attleborough Progress!

The Hapton Building Services team have been back at Attleborough this week working on the current flat and shop renovation. For this part of the build our team had to work on the foundations, as this is key for any build. Upon review we discovered that the existing rear shop will require new foundations as the existing building had insufficient foundations for our team to use.

Great progress this week and made easier when you have the right tools for the job!

Great Moulton update!

The HBS team have been at Great Moulton this week working on the warm flat roof installation. This is a critical stage of the build, as we have to ensure that the roof can last through the UK weather. Whilst reviewing the exisitng roof, we idnetified sagging and had the replace joists to bring it back to life.

The key to this section of the build is ensuring that we create fall for the rain water to run off and avoid pooling of water. This is done using firrings which have a taper on them to assist with creating the fall.

A great update on this build with still lots more to come!
