Back in Great Moulton this week!

The Hapton Building Services team have been back at Great Moulton this week working on the extension. With the scaffolding up our bricking team got to work on continuing the build up of the inner and outer skin wall. This has now been completed up to roof height, with the warm flat roof to go on next.

The HBS team has been back in Norwich this week finishing work on the shell for our client. They wanted a water tight shell as they would continue to finish the build in their own time.

The works we completed included: screeded floor, insulated floor, insulated roof, windows and doors. The team were in and out in a flash, water tight shell finished, another happy client and another project completed!

Now time to enjoy the weekend.

Extension Update - Great Moulton!

Our bricklaying team have been back at Great Moulton this week, enjoying the sunshine and continuing with our latest project! We started the internal block work, layered insulation and outerskin brick work. To blend in with the exisiting property, we have coloured matched the outer bricks of the new extension.

Looking forward to conitinue with this build.

Extension Update - Great Moulton!

The HBS team have been back at Great Moulton this week coninuting work on the extension, focusing on a core part of the build - the foundations! With the right layer across each section, we made sure that these were carefully constructed to meet building regulations and to the specification of the build.

Great progress on this build and we look forward to share more updates with you all!

The HBS team have been back at Attleborough this week working on the internals of the flat renovations! Our plastering team got to work on installing the remaining plaster boards and the team were able to start working their magic.

Great progress on this job and we look forward to sharing further updates with you all!

The HBS team have been busy at Great Moulton this week starting a new extension project. To start our team demlosied old lean to garage which was in need of attention and removed the arrisings from site.

A challenge that we faced was the old foul drainage system currently ran where the new footings needed to go. As we dug out the new footings, we removed the old foul drainage system and started planning installation of the new system. Our team then poured the new footings to the specification on the plan and we ear marked where the new drainage would go. We then dug out and installed new foul drainage system next to footings and installed a new inspection chamber.

A great start to this project and we can't wait to show you whats to come!

Rennovation works - Attleborough

The HBS team have been back at Attleborough this week continuing to work on the flat rennovation! We had the electrical team in completing the first fix upstairs, and this now enabled the carpentry team to start their works. We've installed most of the plasterboard needed upstairs in the rooms, with just a little more needed in the hallways.

The next stage will be to continue running the services for the property, including water mains and foul drainage! Still a lot more to do, but we are very excited about this project.

New rennovation project in Attleborough!

The HBS team have been busy this week starting a new rennovation project in Attleborough. The team will be working on converting an old building, into 4 flats and 2 shops. We started by building the walls and dividing rooms for the flats into three sections: Bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen Diner. Each wall was insulated and plasterboarded up and ready to continue next week!

The HBS team have been busy digging the footings for a new extension in Norwich. With Joe on the digger he got to work on scraping off the oversite and the footing channels. For access our team had to temporarily remove several fence pannels for our equipment.

Once the footings were ready, we arranged for a ready mix delivery of cement to be poured straight into the channels. We ensured this was levelled and ready to start the brick and block work!
