Birchwood House.

An incredible project that we’ve been working on for some time, and one that is now getting very close to completion.

The gym at Birchwood House is almost complete, and the craftsmanship in this space really deserves a closer look.

From the bespoke carpentry and beautifully detailed slatted timber work to the built-in storage and soft microcement finish, every element has been carefully considered and executed to a really high standard.

The final finishing touches are now underway, bringing together a calm, refined space that feels completely bespoke to the property.

Riverside Apartments, Norwich | Progress Update

Things are really starting to come together across this project now.

The top floor is almost complete, with just the final finishing touches being carried out. The second floor is well underway too, with kitchens and bathrooms fitted and painting and decorating progressing throughout.

Down on the lower level, the kitchens and bathrooms are going in and the decorating stages are beginning.

A few snapshots from around the development showing just how much progress has been made. It’s been a big project for the BJC Construction team and we’re getting very close to seeing the finished result now.

A closer look at last week’s progress in Aylsham 👷‍♂️

This project is really starting to take shape, with plenty happening both inside and out.

Upstairs had been fully plastered, downstairs was insulated and boarded ready for the next stage, and work was continuing across the extension as the whole space moved another step closer to completion.

These photos were taken during last week’s visit, so we’re looking forward to seeing how much has changed since then.

Another update from this Aylsham project coming soon.

Another North Norfolk project taking shape 👷‍♂️

Work is progressing well on this ongoing build, with the structure really starting to come together and the next stages now underway.

There’s still plenty to do, but it’s always good to look back and see how much has already changed.

We’ll be sharing more from this one as the project continues.

It’s the details that are making this project something really special.

The kitchen renovation at this property is now well underway, and one of the standout features is this timber-finished ceiling.

With the ceiling sitting at almost double-height, the scale of the space is already impressive, and adding this warm wood finish completely transforms the feel of the room.

Alongside the stone cladding and the other bespoke details throughout the property, this kitchen is starting to become another incredible part of the wider renovation.

There’s still plenty to come, but the finished result is going to be something special.

Another big step forward on this project 👷‍♂️

Upstairs is now fully plastered, while downstairs has been insulated and boarded ready for plastering next.

It’s one of those stages where the whole space suddenly starts to feel much more finished, with plenty more progress to come over the next few weeks.

We’ll keep sharing updates as this one continues to take shape.

Plenty of progress at one of our North Norfolk projects 👏

The extension is really starting to take shape, with the roof now on and the next stages well underway.

Work is also continuing throughout the existing home, with rooms currently being rewired as part of the wider renovation.

Lots happening both inside and out, and it’s great to see this one moving forward. More updates to come as the project develops.

More than just construction.

A closer look at one of the details taking shape at Birchwood House.

The staircase has been completely transformed, with a bespoke floor-to-ceiling timber balustrade creating such a striking feature through the centre of the home. Each individual piece has been carefully measured, cut and hand-finished to create a really clean, considered result.

There’s still plenty happening across the project, from the kitchen to the gym and beyond, but sometimes it’s these smaller details that deserve their own moment.

More from Birchwood House coming soon.
