🏚First floor ceiling joists removed and replaced with timbers ready for a future loft conversion
🏚First floor floor joists cut apart ready for the installation of 2 steels
🏚External brickwork going up too, external face to be lime rendered inbetween brickwork piers and plinth bricks

As one job comes to the end another starts!
This is a full house renovation and extension all to be completed by myself and my team of ".....'s".
Poor old house had been covered with cement based render on the internal and external walls, plan is to strip it all back to the original brickwork and let her breath again! Finish all the walls with either lime render or a specific designed insulation system to upgrade all the walls.

Here we are again, so the last position has been filled and now I am on the hunt again.

I'm looking to find another person to join my team.... this is what I am after, if you or if you know anyone that fits this description then please let me or them know and we can have a chat...

So credentials I'm looking for as follows...

Carpenter by trade but can turn a hand to most things...
Carpentry will need to be top quality as my standards are VERY high and unfortunately a wood butcher will not do.

Experience in all aspects of carpentry from hand cut roofs to hanging doors is crucial! And as mentioned above will have to be top quality!

Role will include 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, plasterboarding, drylining, and various other tasks on site.

Own transport and tools, van is ideal but not essential.

Punctual and reliable, as little drama as possible, ideally someone that has been there done it and now just wants a decent job.

Site management skills would be handy but also not essential.
Working hours are 8-4 most of the time working in and around Norwich.
Rates of pay to be discussed based on experience and what you have to offer.

No time wasters please, looking to make a start in the next few weeks

Right, I'm looking to find another person to join my team.... this is what I am after, if you or if you know anyone that fits this description then please let me or them know and we can have a chat...

So credentials I'm looking for as follows...

Bricklayer by trade but can turn a hand to most things, groundworks, drainage, bit of carpentry and drylining.
Bricklaying won't be the every day job but a good 4 months out of the year at least will be on the trowel.
Own transport and tools, van is ideal but not essential.

Punctual and reliable, as little drama as possible, ideally someone that has been there done it and now just wants a decent job.

Site management skills would be handy but also not essential.
Working hours are 8-4 most of the time working in and around Norwich.
Rates of pay to be discussed based on experience and what you have to offer.
