A big local project for us right on our doorstep in Kingsley 👌

Full scaffold complete at the historic Kingsley Mill site, ready for a complete re-roof before we return to adapt it for the cladding works.

The building is undergoing a major transformation and will eventually become a new restaurant — great to be involved in the next chapter of such a well-known local site.

You can still see the old mill and mill pond in the background of the drone shots.

And we’ve found another use for our big rugby festival banners! 😂 Proud to have the SAM Scaffolding & Winnington Park RUFC colours flying over another local project 🏉💚

We’re proud to hand over another successful project – the Victorian Boathouse at Bostock Hall. 👷‍♂️

Our scaffold has provided safe access for the roofing and decorating contractors carrying out a complete re-roof and external redecoration of this beautiful heritage building.

We take great pride in working on historic properties, helping preserve them for future generations while delivering safe, reliable access for every trade on site.

A great effort from the team and another project completed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Squeezing this one into our very busy calendar.

Really sad time for the home owners, we will do our best to make the process as easy as it can be.

A big thankyou to SAM Scaffolding for getting out within 24 hours, so that we can take the pressure off and get this roof tarped up until works commence.

A little appreciation post for one of the team.

Jack has been with me for around two years now. He first started out helping in the yard, painting tubes and boards on weekends and during the school holidays. When he left school, he stepped up and joined the gang full-time, and since then he’s been an absolute asset to both me and the business.

Anyone who sees us out on jobs will know exactly who Jack is. His work ethic, loyalty and commitment are second to none, and he’s become someone I can always rely on. Watching him grow in confidence and ability over the last couple of years has been brilliant. His scaffolding has come on leaps and bounds, and the confidence he has in himself is something that’s rare to see in someone his age.

I’m really proud of the progress he’s made, and if he keeps the same attitude and drive, there’s no doubt he’ll be right at the top of this trade in the years to come.

Thanks for everything you do, Jack. Keep it up, you’re becoming an excellent scaffolder, and this is only the beginning. 💪
