Sectional install week

Keeping two engineers busy for a week with them installing 10no. sectional doors for a building contractor over in Stockport.

Further work required with the install of dock levellers & numerous hinged steel doorsets

Sectional doors looking smart whilst aiding insulation for these forthcoming winter months!

Two engineers showing what can be done in a short space of time

Working on a day to suit the customer to minimise disruption, the client required a hinged doorset installing and a new roller shutter. As you can see there was no prepared opening for either the roller shutter or the hinged door so we manufactured steel frames ready and got to work!

Finished off around the door & roller shutter with galv sheet cladding
Great work by the engineers 🙌 and a happy client

Another great project completed for returning client at Suzuki Garphyttan

Works included the creation of an alternative access route including concrete ramp, installation of a new fire escape, and formation of a new opening complete with a roller shutter supplied by Industrial Door Developments

A fantastic effort from everyone involved to deliver the works safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Projects like this highlight the importance of collaboration between contractors and specialist suppliers to achieve practical solutions for busy industrial environments.

Over in Broughton for this job, getting ready for some cold weather?

Client was in need of insulation to assist against heat loss, so out came an old single skin shutter & replaced with a 95mm foam filled shutter along with the usual guide seals, brush strip to head & bottom weather seal to help whenever this cold weather strikes!

Finished in the rather striking sargasso blue
