This may look like AI!

But it is infact 4 months hard work by my team, 3 dormers built, an extension at the back a small extension at the front, 2 new bathrooms and decorated throughout, all done by myself and my small team.

New front door coming this week as we handover the project back to our very happy customers.

FROM UNUSED LOFT SPACE TO TWO NEW BEDROOMS! 🏡✨

What a transformation already!

The first photo shows the property before work commenced, with a standard roof space and limited accommodation. Fast forward to today and our team at Lloyd Home Improvements has constructed a substantial dormer loft conversion that will create two brand-new bedrooms, adding valuable living space and significantly increasing the property’s potential.

🔨 Dormer structure now formed
🔨 Roof alterations completed
🔨 Structural works progressing well
🔨 Ready for the next phase of roofing, windows and internal fit-out

By making use of the existing loft space, the homeowners gain two additional bedrooms without sacrificing any garden space – a fantastic solution for growing families.

We’re looking forward to sharing more progress photos as this project develops with 2 more dormer windows to come.....
