𝗪𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲

Work will shortly be starting on the electrical installations for 52 plots at St Ippolyts, North Hertfordshire, for and Persimmon Homes.

Thank you to the teams involved for their efforts in bringing this project together. We look forward to getting started on site and delivering another successful development.

Here's Kenzie, who has joined our team as a Trainee Administrator and will be supporting our testing team behind the scenes.

Kenzie will be helping to process testing data and turn the results into clear, accurate certificates, while gaining valuable experience and developing her knowledge of the testing process.

A massive well done to Macauley Crane on passing his Pearson BTEC Level 4 HNC in Quantity Surveying at Bedford College, achieving a fantastic merit!

It’s a brilliant achievement and a great result after putting in plenty of hard work alongside his day role. Well done, Macauley, and best of luck as you continue developing your career in quantity surveying.

Say hello to Holly, who has joined us as our new apprentice and is already getting really stuck in with the team.

Holly is completing her apprenticeship through Northampton College and is currently working with our Customer Care team. As part of her apprenticeship, she’ll be gaining experience across all departments, giving her the opportunity to learn how the different parts of the business work together.

Developing the next generation of electricians has always been a key part of what we do. Over the past 20 years, we've worked alongside to train more than 70 apprentices, with around half of our workforce having come through our apprenticeship programme.

From school leavers taking their first step into the industry to those starting a new career, we're committed to giving every apprentice the skills, experience and confidence to succeed. Alongside their electrical training, they gain valuable experience working on new-build developments across the Midlands, learning everything from EV charging and CCTV installations to communication, organisation and site management.

This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our apprentices, mentors and the entire Team NME. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our apprenticeship journey over the years, and to Yvette Witcombe and for their continued support.

Congratulations to everyone involved! 👏

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆... 💚💚💚

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who donated and supported Team NME as we took on the Macmillan Mighty Hike.

We are absolutely mind blown that we have raised an incredible £11,000 for

26 miles, 12 hours, warm weather, sore feet and plenty of blisters... but every single step was worth it for such an amazing cause.

Well done to everyone who took part, and thank you again to everyone who donated and cheered us on. We couldn't have done it without you!

A great day at supporting .

Ross Pell and Andrew Pell were joined by Lee Wilkins from Torquemeters Limited and Malcolm Rossington for a great day on the course, all in memory of our friend, former colleague and true Team NME legend, Andy Tebbett.

Andy was a huge part of NME and is still greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. It was an honour to spend the day remembering him while supporting the incredible work of the McCarthy-Dixon Foundation.

A big thank you to all those who took part and helped raise money for a very worthwhile cause.

We're excited to be starting work with Bellway on a new development in Sharnbrook, where we'll be delivering electrical installations across 130 new homes.
