Completed a series of external roofing and finishing improvements, including the installation of new ridge tiles with a dry ridge system to enhance durability and ventilation. New dry verge units were fitted to provide a maintenance-free and weather-resistant edge detail. Additionally, the existing timber cladding was carefully removed and replaced with high-quality uPVC shiplap cladding, improving both the property’s appearance and long-term performance.

Following a previous incident where a coping stone became dislodged from the parapet and fell through the roof below, the customer requested that additional preventative measures be put in place.

To address this, we carefully removed the coping stones and mechanically fixed the hip irons in position to provide added security. The coping stones were then reinstated on a fresh cement bed and aligned correctly. Finally, all joints were fully repointed to ensure the installation is secure and weatherproof.

Today, we attended the site to locate and identify the source of a leak, as well as to recoat previously applied liquid waterproofing areas that had been completed by others.
We applied a high-performance Liquid Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane to ensure a durable, seamless, and fully watertight finish.

We were called out today to carefully remove existing cladding sheets, install high-performance Rockwool insulation, and refit the cladding to a high standard.
