This bespoke garage in Milton Malsor with room above was built at a Grade II listed property, where all works were carried out in line with strict planning conditions and heritage requirements. Great care was taken to ensure the new build complemented the character of the existing property.

Constructed using quarried Northamptonshire stone, hardwood timber doors and windows, natural clay heritage tiles, and painted hardwood timber lintels, every detail was chosen to create a finish in keeping with the period style of the home.

From tired and outdated to completely transformed.

As part of a full property renovation within a conservation area on Georges Avenue, this bathroom was transformed from an old and dated space into a bright, modern room finished to a high standard.

Full renovation completed on this property in Rectory Farm βœ”οΈ

The project involved reconfiguring the existing layout to create a main residence with a self-contained annex. Works included a garage conversion, two small extensions, full rewire and installation of a new central heating system.

Internally, the property now includes two kitchens, three bathrooms and an en suite, all finished with full decoration. External landscaping was also carried out to complete the job.

A solid upgrade that’s improved both the layout and overall functionality of the property.
