Proud to be sponsoring Burton Park Wanderers this season. Been playing for this club for a while now, so backing it through the business felt like the obvious next step. Great club, great people 💙

We’re proud to announce that Builda Renovations, run by our very own vice captain and commercial manager Patryk Cichosz, is now an official sponsor of Burton Park Wanderers FC.

Builda specialise in construction, renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and landscaping across Northamptonshire and now they’re backing the club from the inside too.

A pretty big transformation on this one 👌

We repainted the whole of downstairs, including all the woodwork, as well as the upstairs landing. We also turned the single doorway connecting the kitchen/living room into an extended opening, using architraves to give it a much cleaner, more finished look.

We added panelling to the hallway and kitchen to create a few feature walls and completed it all with new flooring throughout the downstairs.

The photos really don’t do it justice, such a difference from where we started!

We’re Looking for a Reliable Tradesperson!

As Builda Renovations continues to grow, we’re looking to build a small network of reliable tradespeople who can jump in on a day rate basis when projects require an extra pair of hands.

Ideally, you’re someone who:
- Has good all-round building experience
- Takes pride in your work
- Is reliable and easy to work with
- Is happy with flexible, as-and-when work

Most projects are based around Northampton, Milton Keynes, Kettering and surrounding areas.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who’d be a good fit, drop me a message or tag them in the comments.

Thanks everyone! shares are always appreciated!

Not every property we walk into is straightforward.

This flat had been used for an illegal grow operation, leaving behind significant damage, strong odours and unsafe electrics. The property needed a full reset — not just a quick tidy-up.

Builda Renovations carried out a complete clearance, made the electrics safe, redecorated throughout and supplied & fitted brand new carpets to bring the flat back to a clean, compliant and rentable standard.

No shortcuts. No cover-ups. Just a proper turnaround done the right way.

If you’re a landlord or managing agent dealing with a difficult property, we handle the full process professionally and transparently from start to finish.

Builda Landlord Care

A subscription-based property care service for self-managing landlords across Northamptonshire.

Designed to provide:
• one reliable point of contact
• priority maintenance without call-out fees
• preventative care to avoid costly issues
• honest advice and transparent pricing

This service is not full property management — it’s for landlords who prefer to self-manage but want a structured, reliable way to keep their properties properly looked after.

I’m currently trialing this for a limited amount of time to ensure the service stays personal and consistent.

If you’re a landlord and this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message me for more details.
