This tired, ageing garage was in need of some serious attention. Working alongside a specialist asbestos company we stripped it back, installed a completely new roof structure and transformed the exterior with smart, low-maintenance white cladding.

The renovation included:

👋 We’ve Been Quiet… But We Haven’t Stopped

You may have noticed that we haven’t posted on Facebook for a while, but behind the scenes, it’s been a very busy six months for Highfields Property Services.

We’ve been focused on completing projects, supporting our customers and making sure every job receives the time, care and attention it deserves.

Today we started a full refurbishment project of a commercial property at St. Crispins Retail Village, Northampton transforming this empty unit into a stylish Prom Boutique offering elegant Prom Dresses & evening wear to suit everyone. The VIP boutique will open on Saturday 10th January 2026 once it’s had a full fit out which is going to look amazing. Keep an eye out for regular updates on our page.
Day 1 - The external signage has been erected & tomorrow the internal work begins starting with new flooring & a full electrical rewire.
