This year marks 20 years restoring sash windows! How did that happen???
In 2007, two decorators had a vision to do something new. The "credit crunch" impacted us hard and we had to think differently to survive. With support from friends and family, the transition began.
Fast forward 20 years and our industry faces new pressure as house prices flat line, costs keep rising and and traditional skills deplete. Budgets naturally tighten and again, we must react to survive.
Historic and listed buildings continue to decay and do not care about budgets or estimates. That is why we are changing the way we present our options.
Full restoration (including decoration) remains our signature service. We will begin to introduce some stand alone options for draught proofing or simply just for essential repairs only. We will phase the larger jobs to increase our general availability. The aim is to provide value choices that will suit more budgets. There will be no compromise on quality.
