Something a little different, we would call these windows a Yorkshire slider. The customer is an architect and design these windows himself, and to be honest they work and run perfectly. The three sliding casements have been replaced with new hardwood exact replications and the results are pretty impressive.

Some before and afters of seven new hardwood windows recently installed. The upgraded heritage slim-lite glazing from single glazing is replicated with the lead pattern to keep the appearance, improving the energy efficiency of the property. One New hardwood door, Nine new hardwood windows. This property had old single glazed windows and doors. The windows are designed like for like in Sapele hardwood these windows are now energy efficient and in keeping with listed buildings regulations. The door speaks for itself……. This bay French door set had seen better days. With young children and original 3mm glass below the requirement level, the client wanted the design changed and safety levels improved. Following the original panelled walls around in the new casements and doors, toughened double glazing and multi-point lock this bay door set looks like new and in keeping with this period property. With new hardwood casements, doors (now opening outwards), and sills, this door set has been totally transformed.
