Kevin reached out after our team completed electrical work at his mum's home. He wanted to say a huge thank you to Rio, Josh, Andrew and Chris, not just for arriving on time and leaving everything spotless, but for something that meant so much more.

Kevin's mum has Alzheimer's and finds change very distressing. Rio had noted this from a previous meeting and made sure the whole team knew before the job.
