Overstone, Northampton — A Project to Be Proud Of

Since starting in 2023, we’ve successfully completed 260 plots and are now moving forward with Phase 4. We’re proud to have been part of this development from day one.

Even more rewarding, the site has earned two consecutive NHBC Pride of the Job awards — a true testament to the dedication and quality of work from both the site team and our own.

We’re looking forward to taking on Phase 5 and completing this fantastic project.
