On his first day back at work following paternity leave, Kyle saw this water tank at a care home in Lincoln.

It's been a busy summer for the team inside and outside of work!

Schools being closed has meant we've been really busy on site.

We've also seen some big life events too!

Kyle became Daddy to a lovely little boy named Tommy on 14th August and Kris said 'I do' and married Monika in Poland on 21st August.

Many people enjoy a hot tub in the privacy of their own gardens or on holiday.

However, like any water system, hot tubs need to be well maintained and undergo regular sampling and testing.

In order to ensure that a hot tub is clean and safe, it must undergo regular hot tub sampling, in which the water must be regularly sampled and tested.

Fire risk assessments are a legal requirement for all businesses to undertake in their premises.

As a minimum, a fire risk assessment should be updated annually or each time a significant change to the premises or organisation is made and regularly reviewed as part of ongoing fire safety management.

When we carry out a risk assessment, we need to follow a COSHH Principle, which sees us removing the hazard before controlling it.

In the case of a Legionella risk assessment, this could be removing the shower head from a shower that doesn't get used before flushing it.
