🎭 From Workshop to Landmark 🎭

They’ve arrived! Our bespoke doors for Madame Tussauds are now installed and looking fantastic.

From solid hardwood and hours of detailed craftsmanship to the final coat and fitting — this project has been a real labour of love. These doors aren’t just built to last, they’re built to impress, welcoming thousands of visitors each day through one of London’s most iconic attractions.

So proud to see them in place — what a transformation from timber to showstopper! 👏

Our Madame Tussauds doors are coming together!

Right now, it’s all about assembly — gluing, clamping, and locking everything into place with care and precision. Each piece is carefully aligned to create doors that will be as strong as they are striking.

Bit by bit, we’re getting closer to the final reveal — and we can’t wait to see these in their new home!

From beautiful hardwood arriving in our racks to the careful hands of our team shaping each piece, every detail matters. We can’t wait to see them in place, welcoming thousands of visitors each year.

🪟 Project Spotlight: Bespoke Heritage Windows 🪟

These before-and-after shots show the transformation of a period property where the original window frames had seen better days. Using our in-house workshop, we created custom-made replacements that replicate the original charm while offering the durability of modern materials and joinery techniques.

The result? A seamless upgrade that honours the building’s history while enhancing its performance.

🛠️ Another beautiful bespoke installation, tailored for a unique space under a sloping roof. 🛠️

We designed, built, and test-fitted this pair of traditional wardrobes in the workshop before completing a seamless installation on-site. These wardrobes were made to perfectly follow the angles of the ceiling while delivering maximum storage and maintaining classic detail.

A great example of how traditional joinery and precision planning come together to deliver furniture that truly fits the home.

🔦 Project Spotlight: Bespoke Entrance Hall Door 🔦

We’ve been exploring new methods that blend classic design with modern compliance—and this one’s a great example. By laminating a 22mm fire-retardant ply backing behind a traditional raised & fielded panel, we’re able to retain the timeless aesthetic while fully complying with today’s fire safety standards.

With the help of CNC precision, we’ve run detailed test pieces to refine this profile—and now we’re seeing it come to life in a finished install. It’s exciting to combine heritage craftsmanship with cutting-edge tools, delivering solutions that look great and meet spec.

🚀💥 A quick turnaround project for our friends at Bring The Noise Pyrotechnics!

We were tasked with prototyping a set of lightweight, cost-effective, and portable CNC-machined mortar racks—ready to be used at an event over the weekend. From the first idea to final production, the entire process was handled in-house here at Vescor using our CNC capabilities.

It’s always a pleasure working with passionate local companies, especially when the end result helps light up the sky! 🌟🎆

Sabre handles snack-related diplomacy, while Kenny excels at light chaos, lap warming, and spontaneous barking during video calls. Sure, there’s some dog hair and the occasional mystery smell… but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
